Blue chip client requires an MCSE Certified System Engineer to provide 3rd Line Support. This is a pure operational role to provide 3rd Line support in windows and citrix environment driven via Tivoli helpdesk system. Essentials: Must be MCSE Certified (MS Certified System Engineer), Server Management experience, not desktop, Citrix * MetaFrame XPe skills - application publishing * administration * printing management. Backup Exec * Storage Data Protector * TSM experience (backups). Compaq Hardware knowledge along with MSA1000 (shared storage) experience. Insight Manager. HP SAN * NAS experience, Basic Networking knowledge, Active Directory working experience, VMWare ESX admin experience, PatchLink & Symantec AntiVirus experience.
